The location is excellent. There are boats (e.g., with orange flag, a ticket costs to anywhere 16 Baht) they take you to meany destinations, incl. Wat Arun, the Grand Palace, the Oriental Hotel, etc. Also BTS (after one station you have to transfer to Silom Line). Close to the hotel is the new shopping center IconSiam with a huge food court. In the building there is even a 7-eleven shop, where you can much more easily get a beer than inside. We found that the fish restaurant Yok Yor close to the hotel (to the north) was not worth the effort, it used to be much better. Bored waiters and boring food. The hotel was alltogether ok. In a cross street (to the West) nearly opposite to the hotel you can find "real" Thai food in a small street restaurant on the left side, after a few hundred meter walk. There is also a food cart providing the most delicious SomTam we have ever had and also barbacued chicken, they have also a few tables on the sidewalk, very good and clean!

The buffet breakfast every day was amazing!! It was definitely the best I've ever had anywhere. It included European, Asian (Thai/Chinese), and Indian foods with many other amazing food items. The hotel was absolutely beautiful! The staff was extremely nice and helpful to us. The pool was very nice as well. The upstairs top floor 360 degree bar was pretty amazing as well with excellent views of the entire riverfront/city all around. The hotel was in an excellent location right next to the ICON Siam mall, a few blocks away from a sky tram station, and plenty of convenient stores within walking distance away. The free hotel ferry to the other side of the river was really nice as well to have available as well. We used that every day we stayed there. All in all, this was probably the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in and will definitely stay there again next time we are in Bangkok.

We have stated in Bangkok numerous times and think the location of this hotel is perfect. It is close to the huge Iconsiam indoor food market definitely worth a visit. Plus you can take a river cruise from here and lots of places you could easily walk to. The room was modern spacious and very comfortable with a view of the river. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The favourite part was the breakfast it was absolutely amazing such alot of choice and all very fresh and delicious. Pool was also perfect we had one of the beds that was in the pool was lovely so could keep cool.

The location was well connected to many places due to the boat taxi shuttle as well as gold BTS and it was just next to icon siam. It was close to several exquisite local cafes. The area wasnt crowded with tourists unlike pratunam and we had a pleasant walk around the neighbourhood. The staffs were proactive, courteous and always smiling. There was one occasion which we told one of the front desk staffs that our shower head only dispenses hot water, without asking for our room number, she managed to send a technician to check it out! It was magic!

I had the pleasure of interacting with Ms. Patt and Ms. Kim, both of whom provided me with outstanding service throughout my stay. From the moment I checked in, Ms. Patt made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences and ensured that I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Her attention to detail and warm personality were truly remarkable.
